Once again animal prints are hugely popular this season, so when I spotted (or should that be striped?) this funky, jungly, Petite Zebra Print Dress from Marks & Spencer I just could not resist. Made in a soft fabric which drapes beautifully, the pattern is small enough not to swamp your petite frame and the brown and cream colours are so much more flattering than harsh black and white. It features an A-line skirt, it's sleeveless and has a scoop neck. I think it looks great with those classic Autograph Leather T-Bar Shoes too. Bargain time again! We spotted this gorgeous royal blue Jewelled Neck Top at M&Co and it's half price now at £13 down from £26. The smock-style top is a longer tunic length, has flared sleeves and gathering just under the bust. The really eye-catching feature is the neckline which is encrusted with sparkly jewels, large and small which will reflect light onto your face. Very flattering. The catwalks for Autumn/Winter 2007 were a like a river of molten metal, a glittering mass of sequins and metallics, in all shades of gold, silver and bronze, which is why this fab dress caught our eye. This season's trend for chunky knitwear can be a little trying for the petite person, it's so easy to look swamped by a thick sweater but this Fair Isle Longline Cardigan from Isme is designed with our proportions in mind. We've been bargain hunting this week and I think we've found a gem; this smart, classic and elegant Petite Suede Jacket is in the mid season sale at Marks & Spencer. It is down from £129 to just £59 - that's less than half price! Time to cosy up, and you can do it in style with this Lambswool Stripe Cardigan from Next. Made from snuggly 100% pure lambswool it is very pink, very colourful and a dead cert to cheer you up on a dull grey day. This is another of our 'end-of-sales-so-grab-it-quick' suggestions; this fab Taupe Embroidered Skirt from M&Co is reduced from £24 to just £16. We think it is very pretty and could be dressed up for an evening out or dressed down to enjoy those last few precious days of sunshine. With a length of 24" it is a little way below the knee (depending, of course, exactly how petite you are) so definately demure and feminine.
